Where do you ship?
PhotoMail ships internationally with free shipping.
When will I get my monthly PhotoMail?
PhotoMail is mailed the first week of each month.
PhotoMail (Collector) ships from Zürich, Switzerland. Occasionally it will ship from other countries where Jill is working. Arrival times may vary, e.g. Zürich to USA is typically 10-14 days.
PhotoMail (Dispatch) ships from regional print partners near you and typically arrives within a week.
Can I track my order?
PhotoMail is mailed with a postal stamp and no tracking.
How does billing work?
You are billed monthly on the date you initially joined, e.g. the 7th of the month.
For new members, the monthly cut-off is the last day of the preceding month, e.g. February 28 for March shipment.
How do I skip a delivery or cancel my membership?

What if I don't get my order?
Contact me and I will resend the same drop if I have it or a different cool replacement.
